The experience of counselling for UK egg providers

Objective The aim of this study was to address current gaps in knowledge regarding the appropriateness and quality counselling provided egg donors UK. Methods present used a cross-sectional, qualitative design. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with 29 UK explore their experiences donation received. Results Of participants, 24 had received counselling. remaining five did not receive because they either accepted as donor (n = 4) or offered, but chose take up session 1). findings are presented relation themes: feeling supported via counselling; well-informed; welcoming an individualised approach; setting; thinking about future.
